Another little something commemorating Harrison's move to kindergarten -- it's big news around here. A little bit of pink (there's a girl on the page!!) and some other soft colors make for a page with a somewhat different feel.

Hello, friends! I'm here with a page to share with you today. (Though, I'm not going to lie. With the Oklahoma tornado it's hard to think the same of scrappy projects right now!)
This page was up on Chic Tags blog yesterday, and I explained how I don't really take photos of the boys running the bases. This time, it really did make for a fun page! I used elements that I felt like really captured the sports theme; circles, stars and bright colors.
It's definitely a different type of sports page, but that is okay with me! (And to dare think I ever thought I could live without the American Crafts/Dear Lizzy Lucky Charm line -- LOVE.IT.ALL!)

Happy Sunday! Lots going on around here tee ball games, pool opening, new tire swings (LOTS of noise in my backyard!)...so I will make this quick!
I have a take on the Sunday Challenge over at CHIC TAGS blog. The challenge this Sunday was to use GOLD -- which is always fun. I added some Studio Calico gold stars, Heidi Swapp Gold Lame mist + some gold washi tape and gold sequins. These were highlighted by the beautiful American Crafts (Dear Lizzy) striped paper!
I mostly used tags from Birthday Cake but also threw one in from Everyday Life II. Fun and festive!
Lots of fun over on the Chic Tags blog, including the Freebie Fridays. Different print files and silhouette cuts -- DO NOT miss them. They are great!

Happy Saturday! I have a page to share with you based on a sketch over at write.click.scrapbook !! I loved the staggered tags and bits on the right side of the sketch -- it's what drew me in and made me want to play along!
There are a lot of elements on the page that I love. The neon pink sequins, the black thickers, the lilybee and amy tangerine patterned papers. I could go on and on! (Scraptastic! The kit that I received this month was stellar and I will be sad when it's gone!)

Hello there! I've got a couple of Imaginisce cards to share with you today!
One of them does say Happy Mother's Day, I will give you that. And, Mother's Day is long gone. BUT, that sentiment would be easily switched out for Thank You or Happy Birthday! Easy, peasy.
They are both quite simple - they didn't take any fancy techniques -- but both turned out quite festive!

Hello, friends! I've got a new installment of PROJECT LIFE to share with you -- this time Week 19. (Side note: HOW CAN IT BE?! How on earth is 2013 flying by so fast?!)
I shared week 18 with you yesterday - it shares a spread with this week so they are coordinated. A lot of yellow and white, some aqua and grey as well.
VERY simple, as you will see. It was a pretty ordinary week with a lot of rain (BOO!), so it feels like the page is pretty focused on that.
I used a little bit of everthing - a little Elle's Studio, a little American Crafts (the yellow paper), two Blush edition Project Life cards, Cocoa Daisy stamps and some other additions.

Happy Tuesday, scrappy friends! I've got a spring in my step today as I'm still basking in the Mother's Day glow AND it's going to be warm here today. A perfect pair.
Anyway. I have a special share for you today. I'm a guest designer for this months releases over at Sweet Stamp Shop! Nicole Rixon is the brains behind the operation and she's fantastic. There are so many sweet and usable stamps in the shop and I was excited to work with a couple of sets.
First up -- my Project Life week 18. This week (And week 19) were single page weeks. I could have FOR SURE done 2 pages, but in the effort of simplicity and time saving, I went for one. I'm a busy mama with 3 boys in baseball these days.
See that eye chart stamp next to the photo of Cam in his eye exam? Yup, Sweet Stamp Shop! ;) I love this spread - the colors and the simplicity totally speak to me. (Also that card is one from the BLUSH Project Life core kit. LOVE it. I originally thought it'd be too girly. NOPE. Very versatile.)
And, a page to share as well. I try not to share too much in one day -- but today, well -- it was in order!
I know you're thinking -- WHERE are the stamps?! I used gold ink and apparently here, that didn't translate well. There's a beautiful border stamp on that vellum strip. There's also a super quote up on the polaroid frame. It's perfect. You'll have to wait for the release to see how perfect it is, I guess. But, I will tell you that it says: "Perhaps it is our imperfections that make us so perfect for one another." - Jane Austen

Good morning! I hope your weekend was wonderful -- and if you celebrated, your mother's day was all you hoped it would be!
I have my take on this weeks Chich Tags Sunday Challenge. I didn't mean to have a mom post on Mother's Day -- but I guess it worked out that way. The challenge was arrows -- and I always love arrows -- perfect for me.
I love the page -- and the kit I used. (Scraptastic's May kit Destination Unknown) Perfect combination!
